Terms and conditions
• Value Added Tax 6% at the prevailing rate will be added to invoices.
• The tariff is intended as an indication of the services we can offer but we are always pleased to quote for the individual requirements of our customers.
• Toll and entrance fees, hotel costs and ferry charges will be added, where incurred.
• A surcharge of 10% will be applied to services that begin between 22h00 - 06h00 and at the weekend.
• A surcharge of 25% will be applied for services on Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve and all Bank and Public Holidays.
• If the Client decides to retract within 24h of the completion of the requested service, it undertakes to pay the Service Provider 50% of the total bill.
If the Client decides to retract later than 24 hours before the execution of the services, it undertakes to pay the Service Provider the total amount outstanding.
The Service Provider has the right to request a corporate credit card as a guarantee of payment.
